"I had the Landlords nightmare, a tenant who stopped paying rent, a moratorium on residential tenancy evictions and an unresponsive Property Manager who was either completely incompetent or had a vendetta against me. So in the middle of this nightmare I finally bit the bullet, sacked the Property Manager and moved the management rights to Justine at Century 21 River Residential. My biggest regret? Not having moved the management rights sooner. Justine has been a saviour and has restored my faith in Property Managers. Justine's was no small task involving gaining court orders for an eviction, securing and repairing the property and finding a new tenant. During this process Justine has been knowledgeable, professional, empathetic and has kept me up to date with the process and where we were up to. I can't rate Justine and Century 21 River Residential highly enough. If you have issues with your current property manager or are looking for an excellent and competent manager for your property don't procrastinate like I did, you won't be disappointed.

As you can see I was in a bit of a pickle and was very concerned as an investment property that has had no rent for over 6 months is a bit of a concern. So I contacted the Century 21 office as I have friends who have properties in the same complex at Gosnells who use the River Residential office for the management of their properties and highly recommended them. When I contacted the office and explained my problem to Liesa Leddick she willingly accepted the challenge and it was like a great weight being lifted from my shoulders. To have finally found someone sympathetic to my concerns was a great relief. Justine was appointed to manage the property and has done an extremely good job of resolving all the issues and securing a new tenant for me. So finally after 9 months I will start receiving rent again and turn this property from a liability to an asset.
